There is so much to Fearrington Village that makes it different than other Triangle area neighborhoods. Making a video about Fearrington has been something I have wanted to do for a long time but every time I would start I would quit because it is so hard to show the neighborhood well.

Charming Farm Setting
The charm of the Village is evident when you drive up to the entrance on Village Way and 15-501.
t doesn’t look like you are driving into a neighborhood does it? The village is built on the site of a farm and the developer has incorporated the pastures, barn, farm house and outbuildings into the neighborhood center as shops, restaurants, and a venue for weddings and events.
Fearrington isn’t too cute
The developer has been working on the neighborhood since the 1970’s. Age keeps it from looking too cute unlike some new neighborhoods that have a theme park feel. The hay in the field actually feeds the trademark belted cows who look right at home in Fearrington.
