Hi, I am Marianne Howell Wright and I’ve lived and worked in Chapel Hill since 1980. My three children attended Chapel Hill schools and North Carolina Universities.

What I do for you (in a couple of sentences)

The most important thing to me is to help my clients move on with their life with the least amount of stress. I know it is very confusing to decide on a move and figure the best path through all of the possible options.
I’ve been working with buyers and sellers in the Chapel Hill and Triangle Area for years and hope my knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods and school systems will help you have the information to make the best decisions for you and your family.
New technologys allow me to give you information on line with blogs and video so you can do research before you visit making the neighborhood and home search easier and fun.

About my experience

My whole family, including my husband, is involved in real estate, building and development and it’s been a natural progression for me. My earliest memories are of riding around “the job” in my fathers jeep. I started working for him selling lots and beach houses during the summers while I was in college and then when I moved to Chapel Hill in 1980 I became a homebuilder myself.

From 1980 to 1992 I built luxury homes in Chapel Hill and Durham. Since the early 90′s I’ve been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs as well as representing some of the areas best builders.

I was with Coldwell Banker in Chapel Hill for 12 years before starting my own company, Triangle Area Real Estate.
